Delivery

At the checkout you are presented with several delivery options:

1. Standard delivery- 3-5 working days from the point we receive your order. This option will usually ship via Evri or Royal Mail using a tracked service.

For orders over £50, standard delivery is free, and the charge is automatically removed at the checkout.

2. Next day delivery: this express service is £9.95 and orders will arrive the next working day if the order is received by midday.

3. Local delivery: this applies to delivery addresses in L37 postcodes only. Delivery charges are automatically removed at checkout for the L37 postcode. You will be contacted via email to arrange a delivery slot, which will be within 2-3 days of receiving your order.

4. International delivery: for international orders, an email should be sent to hello@lucilleandgrace.co.uk and we will be able to advise on customs duty and import VAT for your order.
